Mechanism

Activated Dimethicone
Acts as an antiflatulent by reducing surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing them to coalesce and be expelled easily.
Magnesium Hydroxide
Neutralizes gastric acid and provides a mild laxative effect.
Dried Aluminum Hydroxide
Neutralizes gastric acid and forms a protective coating over the gastric mucosa.
